Total Property Management:
Our first job will be to assess your condominium building and it's property. From our initial assesment we will generate a reoport detailing all our findings and recomendations.This report will help your association decide on what type of services would help to properly maintain your building and property. After the assessment Chase Contracting will work with you to design a custom program targeting your needs. If any repairs are needed we also will be able to provide those services to you either by setting up a budgeted schedule to make those specific repairs or just give an estimated cost for the necessary repairs to be done by anyone of our licensed tradesmen.

Building Management:
Our role in your condo association will be specifically designed to meet the needs of your condominium property. Our services will consist of a monthly property visit to make sure everything is being taken care of, an annually inspection of specific safety equipment such as fire alarms, fire escapes, sprinkler systems and all of your heating and cooling systems by licensed and insured contractors. Monthly or weekly cleaning of the common areas. We also will take care of all your seasonal requirements from snow removal, spring and fall clean ups, to weekly gardening and trimmings. Once your association is signed up with us you will no long have to worry about handling any of these issues because we coordinate and supervise all of these essential jobs.

Specific details of what our services include:

  • Scheduled monthly property visits
  • Exam the exterior of the building for any type of maintenance required
  • Exam the interior common areas for any type of maintenance required
  • Exam the basement area for any type of maintenance required
  • Exam the Grounds area for any type of maintenance required
  • Make sure all of the seasonal tasks are being properly tended too
  • At the End of the month we will send a report e-mailed to all of the owners stating what we did and if anything should be addressed

Yearly and Seasonal Maintenance:

  • Gutter clean outs in the fall
  • All of your winterization needs
  • Yearly fire alarm certification
  • Yearly sprinkler system certification
  • Spring clean up & Fall clean ups

On-Call Service:
If you sign a property management agreement with Chase Contracting we will provide you with licensed Plumbers, Electricians and Carpenters who will be on call and able to come to your property anytime in case of an emergency.

Custodial Services:
If you choose Chase Contracting can also provide your association with a cleaning service for all your common areas.

Snow Removal:
We will provide your association with a through snow plowing service. We will make sure your driveway is being cleared throughout the storm. We will be plowing your driveway about every three inches so that you can get in and out of your driveway during the storm. After the storm we will come back and clean up your spaces. If you don't like to shovel and salt walkways and stairs we can do that for you to.

Landscaping Services:
Chase Contracting can provide you with all your landscaping needs from spring cleaning & fall clean ups, seasonal plantings, weekly grass cutting, tree and shrubbery pruning's. Holiday decorating at your request.

Painting Service:
Chase Contracting also has painting contractors available to you for all your interior and exterior needs. If your building requires painting we can set up a budgeted painting program.
